We review messages as capacity allows. A concise report with reproducible details is usually easier to investigate than a screenshot by itself.

Tool and compatibility support

You can write to us about the skin editor, circle generator, command generator, banner maker, font generator, blog, or a general site problem. Please include:

  • the exact page URL;
  • your browser, browser version, operating system, and device type;
  • the Minecraft edition and version you selected, when relevant;
  • the smallest set of steps that reproduces the issue;
  • what you expected and what actually happened; and
  • a screenshot or non-sensitive sample only when it materially helps.

For a generated command, include the selected command type and edition, but remove private coordinates, player names, server addresses, tokens, and other sensitive values. For a visual export, a small test file is more useful than an entire private project.

Privacy and security messages

For a privacy request or question about local browser storage, analytics, optional AI processing, or deletion, use the subject line Privacy request. Read the Privacy Policy first for a description of what stays in the browser and what may be sent to a provider.

To report a possible security issue, use the subject line Security report and explain the affected URL, observed behavior, likely impact, and safe reproduction steps. Please do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service, run destructive tests, or publish an exploitable issue before we have had a reasonable chance to review it.

Never email passwords, authentication cookies, API keys, recovery codes, private server credentials, payment data, or other secrets. PixCraft support does not need them to investigate a normal tool problem.

Copyright, trademark, and rights questions

If you believe material on PixCraft infringes a right you hold, include enough information to identify the material and the page where it appears, how to contact you, the basis of your claim, and any supporting reference. Do not send unrelated personal documents.

PixCraft is an independent project and is not approved by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Questions about an official Minecraft account, purchase, realm, marketplace item, or game-support issue should be directed to the appropriate official support channel.

Product suggestions

Specific workflow feedback is welcome. Tell us what you were trying to make, where the current tool slowed you down, what workaround you used, and what result would have saved time. We cannot promise that every request will be built or provide a release date for an unannounced feature, but concrete use cases help us evaluate improvements.

What happens to a confirmed report

We first try to reproduce the smallest useful example with the same page, edition, version, and settings. A confirmed report may result in a logic fix, compatibility clarification, accessibility correction, or documentation change. Relevant automated checks and affected output paths are reviewed before that correction is published.

If we cannot safely reproduce an issue without private data, we may ask for a smaller sanitized example. We will not ask for a password, authentication cookie, API key, recovery code, or private server credential. PixCraft does not provide guaranteed response times or an emergency-support channel.

Before you send

  • Keep a backup of any skin, build plan, command, banner recipe, or PNG you care about.
  • Do not send content you do not own or have permission to share.
  • Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the request.
  • If the issue is version-specific, verify the edition and game version once more.
  • Review the Terms of Use for acceptable-use and service limitations.
